Mission: Our mission is first to empower churches to decrease disease by connecting members with healthcare resources. Secondly it is to advocate for communities to provide medical homes that provide full service care for all people recognizing that quality healthcare is a right for everyone. Goals: 1. To encourage Pastors to ensure that their members have a physician or medical home. 2. To provide healthcare resource information for the uninsured and underinsured. 3. To encourage churches and organizations to demand healthcare for all. HIV/AIDS is causing destruction throughout the world. We have the means and resources available to make an impact if resources are used efficiently. Heart disease, depression, cancer, diabetes and more are all best addressed by persons having a functional physician/patient relationship where the physician leads the team to ensure all available care is provided. Healthcare is a right. |
