Everyone should have a Doctor or Medical Home. Healthcare is a right.

The Church Medical Home Initiative is a movement to encourage all churches to
ensure that each member of their congregation has a medical home.

A Medical Home is a place where a doctor can be seen, access is available to social
workers (for financial/mental support), pharmacists (for medicines), and nurses (for
care) as basics.

Our mission is to sign up churches throughout this nation to ensure that each member
has a medical home and advocate for each community to provide medical homes. This
is the work to stop HIV/AIDS and more: HOLISTIC CARE

HIV/AIDS is running rampant.
Diabetes is at epidemic
levels. High Blood Pressure
affects millions. Our Health
Care system is broke, but the
church can play a major role.

Each church should ensure
that all of their members
have a doctor, preferably a
Medical Home with full
service care.
